A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any.Curewell Homoeo Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a Customer or breaches the terms & conditions of using the website
In accordance with our policy, refunds will only be initiated for:
– Damaged packages
– Seal broken cases
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days, in the form of a coupon code, equivalent to the net purchase amount. This coupon code can be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.
Note:
– Coupon codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Validity: 3 months from issue date.
